Ali Gets the Win!!! – 1st Place Kansas City, DGPT victory * DGA Disc Golf 82570622173. Ali wins!!! Ali Smith, a native of Kansas City and a DGA member, deserves congratulation for her first DGPT win. Ali Smith, a native of Kansas City and DGA’s, won the 41st Kansas City Wide Open. She was the ONLY player in her division who finished the weekend below par. It was incredible to see her family, friends, and even other competitors join her in celebrating. 8 MACH7 BASKETS, COURSE GROWTH AND 8 MACH7 BASKETS ON THE WAY TO MICHIGAN
The 2022 DGA RePlay Course Development Program has been awarded to Silver Creek Disc Golf Course, Marquette, MI. DGA will provide them with 18 Mach7 Baskets to replace their existing Chainstars as part of the program. Silver Creek will make two 9-hole courses using these baskets that have been upcycled at the local schools.
“We are thrilled to have been selected for the DGA RePlay program. Marquette MI has an amazing disc golf paradise. There are many schools and parks around the area that want to add disc-golf for their communities but lack the funding. RePlay is an excellent program that helps them grow their courses. We at the UPDGA are grateful for the chance to get these baskets and to help the sport grow by passing on a great disc golf tradition.

Silver Creek Disc Golf Course
Silver Creek Disc Golf Course is a favorite destination for both locals and tourists. Its convenient location close to neighborhoods makes it easy for outdoor recreation.
This course is a great escape from the summer heat. Silver Creek is located near Lake Superior’s cool waters, providing a refreshing escape from the heat that can be afflicting the area during the summer months.
The course features 17 holes that are completely wooded. This makes it a challenging, exciting, and rewarding experience for all levels of players. The course is surrounded by lush foliage and trees, which adds to its beauty and creates a natural obstacle course that requires strategy and precision.
The Silver Creek Disc Golf Course is a true gem in the community. It offers a refreshing and unique outdoor experience for those looking for adventure and recreation.
