DULUTH, Minnesota – Another type of golf was held tonight at Enger Golf Course for a Northland Chapter of Business Network International.
BNI hosted a networking event for some glow in the dark cosmic disc golf. They lit holes 1, 2, and 18 for a three-hole loop with trees, sand traps, and baskets, all of which were lit in neon lights.
For some, disc golf is a first, for others it is something they do a lot, but doing it at night in the light made for a fun networking experience.
“Yeah, I don’t know if there have been a lot of such networking opportunities, so that’s the idea. What I am presenting, and what I wanted to highlight, was the recreational opportunity it offered, ”said Charlie Deville, Event Organizer.
This is the second year the group has been doing this at Enger and they plan to keep it going and hopefully find more people to join.
