PEABODY, MA – A locally owned golf course, boutique salon, womenswear and toy store are among the outlets that are either new or coming soon at Northshore Mall in Peabody.
Simon Properties said the new businesses will be a mix of retail and entertainment, as well as local and international retailers.
Ardene is “a celebration of what it means to be young, confident and full of life” with a selection of the latest styles in junior and womenswear, accessories and shoes. Ardene is now open on the main level across from American Eagle.
JoyBis Toys is a local toy store that is now opening its second location on the lower level of the Nordstrom wing.
Prette Blowdry & Esthetics is a locally run boutique salon that will soon be offering “Blow Dry Boutique on the Promenade”. In addition to Legal Sea Food, Prette will shape brows, tint brows and eyelashes, offer hair-up and down styles, professional make-up, spray tans and waxing on September 30th.
Golf Lounge 18 is a state-of-the-art facility for golfing with friends and family that includes lessons, a driving range and a fully stocked bar. Golf Lounge 18, which opens its fifth location in the northeast, will arrive at the mall between Macy’s and Chipotle in late 2021 or early 2022.
