The big question, of course, is, “Does this work? To some extent it is difficult to gauge how much difference the stability wave offers. It is very much an “anti-tiger rock” question. “This is my magical tiger rock. I know it works because there are no tigers here. ”In other words, you don’t know what your results might be if you stop practicing the stability stance.
