Seattle rapper Macklemore (aka Ben Haggerty) has severed the proverbial ribbon on a new 14,000 square foot space for his new golf apparel brand Bogey Boys – retail store, putting green and thrift stores in the basement (according to the Thrift Shop CEO).

The new store, which features a 1980s golf cart as part of its sign, is located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of musician Seattle’s hometown, next to the historic Elliott Bay Book Co. The Puget Sound Business Journal on the store’s first floor are the clothing line and putting greens and in the basement are the thrift stores.

“I’m really looking forward to working with Bogey Boys in the future and helping diversify the game and promote who can and how affordable it is and who can get a pair of clubs,” said Macklemore.

Recently, Grammy-winning rapper Can’t Hold Us has received many praises in the industry. Maybe he and Ryan Lewis will start a double tennis apparel line next!
