At Cole + Parker we have been designing eye-catching, colorful and high-quality men’s and women’s socks since 2013. We currently have over 60 designs and all formats, i.e. crew, ankle, no-show, low-cut for men and women. You won’t find our products in any big box or in national retail chains or on Amazon etc. In order to maintain this premium brand value, we do not offer any discounts or promotions on our socks. Our socks are only available in Greengrass Pro Shops, Specialty Independent Golf Shops and high-end fashion stores for women and men across North America.

The ideal C + P Independent Sales Representative (ISR) would be:

As C + P ESR,

It is your responsibility and initiative to find potential customers, build relationships, educate customers, and guide them through the sales process to best meet their needs. You should have excellent communication skills and be well versed in the art of B2B sales and negotiation. This position is ideal for someone who is goal oriented and enjoys running their own business and customer base.

Tasks + responsibility:

o Build relationships with new + existing customers to determine their needs

o Recommend our products to meet these requirements o Work with C + P management to develop solutions for your customers

o Represent and serve customers by selling C + P socks and meeting customer needs

o Presentation of C + P sales sheets and sales programs to new and existing customers

o Maintain existing accounts to ensure that customers are enthusiastic about the experience, service and products from C + P

o Collect orders and send them to the C + P team for processing

o Providing customer insights and feedback to the C + P team

o Forward customer complaints and / or problems to the C + P team immediately

o Visiting and service accounts during the season


o At least 5 years of experience selling golf clothing and / or golf equipment

o Proven track record with at least 5 years of sales in Greengrass Pro Shops

o 3-5 year history with existing brands

o Existing relationships with the Greengrass pro shops in your area

o Ability to travel to trade shows to promote the C + P brand (if applicable)

o Ability to organize industry events to promote and publicize the C + P brand

o Participate in the golf community online and offline

o At least 5 years of experience in small business
