Steph Curry’s latest clothing line was unveiled at the American Century Championship in Lake Tahoe and is now partially available from Under Armor. The collection that hits the market today includes four polo shirts, a track jacket, sweatpants and the new colors of the Curry Golf Hat. So far, only part of the collection can be found on the Under Armor website, including two polos and three versions of the Curry Golf Hat. The rest of the line is expected to be released soon.

Of the pieces currently available, there is a prominent butterfly motif that Curry says was inspired by one of his daughters. The butterfly design ranges from a simple embroidered patch on the Curry Icon Polo to a striking all-over design on the Monarch Reserve Polo and Golf Hat.
“We have nicknames for all of our children, and my daughter Ryan is the butterfly,” said Curry. “It speaks for their free spirit and life energy, so it’s pretty cool to see that inspiration come through in the line.”
This is the fourth release of Curry and Under Armor golf apparel, and the second under the re-minted Curry brand, powered by Under Armor, launched earlier this year. Curry is committed to making golf apparel more fun and accessible for both new and seasoned golfers. Where clothing can often be a barrier to entry in golf, the brand hopes to make it a gateway.
“There is a lot of discussion going on right now about how to invest in the game to create opportunities,” said Curry. “Part of it is that golf is fun. The game is stigmatized because it’s stuffy and exclusive, and that makes it intimidating, so we need to make it more accessible by showing that you can have a great time with great people out there. “
