Clark was known in the area for hauling golf balls out of the pond, according to Sgt. Adam Clark of the Cullman Police Department. Clark said he was found with a golf ball in hand.

“We’re pretty sure it’ll count as accidental drowning,” said Clark.

According to police, Clark went missing on Friday.

“He went out one night and never came back,” said Clark.

Police continued to investigate Clark’s death on Monday.
