A man in his fifties tragically died on the grounds of an Antrim hotel after reportedly jumping into a lake on the golf course.
Emergency services were called to the Hilton Hotel in Templepatrick, County Antrim, on Tuesday afternoon and pulled the man out of the water just after 2 p.m.
The PSNI, Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service were all called to the scene.

According to Belfast Live, the man was diving into the lake to retrieve golf balls when the incident occurred.
A PSNI spokesman said in a statement: “The police and other emergency services have responded. Unfortunately, a man’s body was later recovered from the water.
“The local council was made aware of the incident.”
A spokesman for the Northern Irish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that two fire engines and a specialized rescue team were on site while the rescue service dispatched a rescue team, a HART crew and an ambulance officer.
