WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) – Saturday is another hot and humid summer day. This afternoon we have a high of 93, the sky is partly cloudy. Around midnight a cold front moves in tonight, which brings strong to severe thunderstorms with it. Our Oklahoma and Texas counties along the Red River will have the best chance of seeing storms. The main threats will be strong winds over 60 mph and hail the size of golf balls. Tomorrow morning we’ll be done with the rain. Sunday will have a high in the lower 90s, thanks to the cold front it will feel less humid. Next week’s temps are expected to stay in the mid-to-low 90s range.
