TORI Spelling excluded her husband Dean McDermott from another festive family outing when she posed with her four children amid their reported “divorce plans”.

Stella (13), Hattie (10), Finn (9) and Beau (4) posed with their mother between two Christmas trees that were covered with Christmas decorations.
They stood under a large mistletoe and a light-colored sign that read “Faith” in large letters.
The actress from Beverly Hills, 90210, wished that the Christmas season would last around “365 days a year”.
14-year-old Liam was missing from the group photo, but the family still had the “best time” together.
The Scary Movie 2 actress received “so many beautiful vintage and modern decorations for the holidays” from the “family business”.
Tori titled the post: “A MUST HAVE when in LA. And they also sell online. This is in no way a form or form of advertisement. Just one huge new fan!
This is not the first time that Tori and the children are pictured without their father, Dean, 55.
“CREEPY GOOD TIME”
Just in time for Halloween, Tori and the kids celebrated the scary season with Pennywise the Dancing Clown on Instagram.
In the snapshot, Scream 2 actress Pennywise was holding hands while standing in front of the Mr. Floats truck.
Tori mentioned that they “collided with Mr. Floats while parking”.
She wrote: “Georgie was there too. It was a really good time. We want to play your game. “
LEGAL FIGHT?
In October, Tori was spotted leaving a meeting with her lawyer.
She seemed to be having an intense phone conversation.
She was photographed holding a notepad with these specific words written on it: “Concern, Support, and Assets”.
Close-ups also showed a “to-do” list that read, “Pigsty, Get Quote, AAA Jump Starter, and 3pm Attorney – Assets – Assistance – Custody.”
BIRTHDAY PRESENTS
In a recent Instagram video, Dean revealed the birthday presents he had received from his children, particularly the present from his daughter Hattie.
Dean pulled out two canvases of horror movie-inspired artwork and mentioned Hattie, who happened to be a horror movie fan.
He said, “Today is my 55th birthday and I’m starting to open presents. Got one from Hattie Cat for dad and it says,” For dad. I love you so much. You are so nice. You are so loving and I am so happy to be your child. You are the best father I could ever wish for. ”
He opened his birthday card, signed by all of his children, and read aloud: “We love you so much. We couldn’t have imagined a better father. Happy 55th – the crossed out – 25th birthday. We love you old man.”
Dean continued, “Needless to say, my kids have a sense of humor.”
He was given golf balls, ice cubes in the shape of a golf ball, a club head cover and a towel that read, “I use this towel to wash my balls.”
He did not say whether he had received a gift from his wife, who was also not mentioned in the video.
