Kohanaiki appoints Greg Brown as new vice president of operations

KONA, Hawai` Kohanaiki, a luxury private condominium on the Kona coast of Hawaii, announced that Greg Brown has been hired as Vice President of Operations. Brown joins the community in late September, coming from Nanea Golf Club, a luxury private golf club in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii where he has served as general manager for the past two years. Brown will oversee all club operations in the 450 acre development of Kohanaiki, including the golf, hospitality and facilities departments.

Prior to joining Nanea Golf Club, Brown was general manager of Mayacama Golf Club, a prestigious private luxury residential club in Sonoma, California, for 15 years. With Nanea and Mayacama consistently rated in the top 100 golf courses in America and Mayacama rated as the Top 100 Platinum Club in America, Brown’s experience with the best golfing communities makes it a natural fit for the ultra-luxurious Kohanaiki community.

Brown holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of Moraga, California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
