The community’s director of sales, Jim Berk, said the remaining site, Lot 43, is one of the largest in the enclave of just 55 home sites.

In the case of Abaco, Caprina and Domenica, optional floor plans must be taken into account.
Prices for a home and homesite on Peninsula range from $ 2.5 million to $ 3.3 million.
Imperial Homes of Naples currently has a finished model, a Domenica II, available for tours in the Treviso Bay Peninsula.
The Domenica II is a two story four bedroom plus den plus bonus room / four full bath / two half bath home with 4,157 square feet of air for 6,329 square feet in total. The Domenica II was sold just two days after it was set up, but can be viewed until mid-November.
For those unfamiliar with Peninsula, the name represents exactly what it is, a neighborhood surrounded on all sides by water. But it doesn’t stop there.
