Ballys Interactive, Part of Ballys Corporation, has confirmed the beta launch of its mobile sports betting provider, Bally Bet, in Iowa.
The launch extends the sports betting platform’s presence to its second state after going live with Bally Bet in Colorado last month. Bally’s co-maintains its mobile sports betting skin in Iowa through its market access partnership Elite casino resorts, which owns Grand Falls, Rhythm City, and Riverside Casino and Golf Resorts.
Bally Bet, which gives sports betting fans access to a variety of unique and innovative features, includes betting options for all major sports, exclusive in-app games and integrated social features.
In addition, sports betting users can earn points that can be redeemed through the company’s loyalty program for games, restaurants, retail and other amenities at all of Bally’s casinos nationwide. This expansion also gives the company additional presence at the local CBS and Fox TV subsidiaries of the Sinclair Broadcast Group in Iowa.
Adi Dhandhania, Senior Vice President, Strategy and Interactive, Bally’s Corporation, said, “We are delighted to have reached another milestone with the expansion of our mobile sports betting platform in Iowa. Similar to Colorado, the Iowa beta launch will focus on deploying, testing, and refining the app. The company also plans to launch Bally Bet’s mobile sports betting in two more markets in 2021, with more launches in 2022.
