Red Sky Golf Club GM and Golf Director Andrew Hedrick

The Career Services Department of PGA of America announces that Andrew Hedrick, PGA, has been named General Manager and Director of Golf at Red Sky Golf Club, a Vail Resorts facility in Wolcott.
In this role, Hedrick will be responsible for overseeing all operations at Red Sky – including membership, golf operations, tournaments and excursions; Personnel and training; and merchandising and golf shop operations – in the celebrated 36-hole course, which is recognized as one of the leading mountain golf resorts in North America.
With this leadership position, Hedrick is returning to his roots, where he began his career as a PGA Professional in 2008 and worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Red Sky. Most recently, he was Head Golf Professional at The Country Club at Castle Pines from 2016 to 2020.
Hedrick received his bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University-Pueblo, where he served as captain of the CSU Pueblo men’s golf team and was named the school’s male athlete of the year in 2007. He also received the Second Team Ping Collegiate All-American award.
Hedrick was elected PGA membership in 2012 and has received multiple awards and accolades, including being named Best of Best Private Category 2019 by the Association of Golf Merchandiser and the 2019 Colorado PGA Section Merchandiser of the Year Private Category. Hedrick received PGA certification in golf operations in 2018.
