Horseshoe Bay, TX – Horseshoe Bay Resort, Texas’ original golf and lake resort in the scenic Texas Hill Country Wine and Lake region, celebrates its 16th annual Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival. Foodies, jazz lovers, and wine lovers come together for one of the resort’s most anticipated annual events and experience the genius of celebrity chefs, jazz artists, and creative culinary meals throughout the weekend.

The fun begins on Friday evening with a five-course seated meal and accompanying wine prepared by the Horseshoe Bay Resort’s chef, Bill Osloond, and celebrity chefs. On Saturday, enjoy cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs, followed by a Wine Stroll featuring Texas Hill Country wineries and exquisitely prepared foods prepared by some of the area’s most iconic chefs and restaurants.
Celebrity chefs include Janelle Reynolds – Food Network’s Chopped Season 17 winner, Shehu Fitzgerald – Food Network’s Chopped Season 7 winner, and Joseph Manglicmot of Fox’s MasterChef Season 11. Music provided by the Carl Jazz Institute, Elle.Jay Urban Achievers Brass Band and Chloe Youtsey with Duo Nuvole.

Enjoy dinner on plates of dishes prepared by celebrity chefs. Each course is accompanied by a Texas Hill Country wine accompanied by live music from the Carl Jazz Institute.
Saturday 6th November
Cooking demonstrations with celebrity chefs
Demonstrations start at 11:00 a.m.
Watch the celebrity chefs live as they prepare recipes from their historical repertoire. Each demonstration is followed by a question and answer session with the chef.

Wine walk
Wine and food tasting starts at 2:00 p.m.
Saturday features a curated selection of restaurants and chefs offering the best bites on their menu. Your delicious dishes are rounded off with a glass of vino from the best winemakers in the Texas Hill Country Wine Region. Listen to and relax with live music from Elle Jay, Urban Achievers Brass Band and Duo Nuvole as you taste your way through Texas. From Viognier to Pinot to Port, there is something for everyone.
