Valor Hospitality Partners has been appointed to manage the Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh hotel, the management company’s first hotel in the city.
The move comes at a time of “significant growth” for the group, which more than doubled its UK portfolio in 2021 after bringing 17 IHG hotels under its management.
Valor has recently further strengthened its portfolio with the addition of two new luxury properties under development in the world renowned golf resorts of St Andrews, Scotland and Dunluce, Northern Ireland.
The addition of Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh expands its portfolio to 85 properties managed worldwide including IHG, Marriott, Hilton and independent luxury brands.
The Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh is a 240 bed, four star hotel in the heart of the city. It is the first Courtyard-branded hotel in the Valor portfolio and also the newest Marriott brand to operate since the successful launch of the first two AC by Marriott hotels in the UK in 2016.
