Part of the latest version of Chrome Beta that is not yet in bulk is a feature called “Continuous Search”. Continuous search always shows you search results at the top of the page when you browse websites. In essence, it can display your competitors’ websites when people look at your website.

Glenn Gabe tests it out, showing a screenshot of him browsing Dick’s Sporting Goods website and Google, suggesting that he visit GolfDigest.com to buy golf shoes instead of buying them from Dick’s Sporting Goods. Here is the screenshot he shared on Twitter:

To be fair, you need to enable this feature:

And hold on. Take a look at the options you have when you enable the flag. Show after the second SERP, when scrolling backwards, show ** activated with two-row chip ** … Wow, if this is activated, the additional line with the other search lists is large with 2 lines. Has titles and domains. Oh boy … pic.twitter.com/JrdpNThM3i

If you want to try it, download Chrome Beta on your Android mobile device or other devices and activate it with a double-row chip in the browser.
