1. Heel for drilling
Spray the face of your driver with Strike Spray. Hit a drive from the toe area of the face, one from the heel, and one from the center (check the face after each hit). Repeat three times.
2. SuperSpeed swings
Make three hard turns from right and left with each SuperSpeed Stick. Repeat with your feet together. Then three more swings as you step into the ball on your downswing.
3. Max off
Hit with your own driver together with a sports sensor vibration speed radar swinging 20 drives in a row as hard as possible. Break out in a sweat! Keep an eye on your fastest swing at every session.
