Possibly the 7th most photogenic hole in the world is at TPC Danzante Bay in Loreto, Mexico. The signature hole is a par 3 and measures 178 yards. (TPC Danzante Bay)
Rees Jones’ spectacular TPC Danzante Bay has joined the TPC Network, which is owned, operated and licensed by the PGA Tour. Located here at the Villa del Palmar Beach & Spa Resort on the islands of Loreto, TPC Danzante Bay is the only TPC facility in Mexico. It joins TPC Vacations, the network’s full-service concierge for booking stay and play golf packages in prime vacation destinations.
TPC Vacations will facilitate bookings for on-site golf vacation packages – located in Baja California, Mexico – that include golf and luxury accommodation and amenities at the all-inclusive resort.
In addition, the TPC network announced an extension of the relationship it began in 2018 with TPC Danzante Bay, which includes mutual access to the TPC network and partner institutions worldwide.
Did you play hole # 6? This fascinating, uphill, medium length par-4 is sewn over the floor of an enclosed box canyon. The banked fairway winds up to the right of a slope. The large, deep green is bordered by bunkers.
