Thursday is full of golf with the opening rounds of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Houston Open of the PGA Tour, the Pelican Women’s Championship of the LPGA and the Charles Schwab Cup Championship of the PGA Tour Champions at the end of the season.
But today, November 11th, it is important to stop and honor those who served in the armed forces. Whether it’s Veterans Day, Remembrance Day or Armistice Day, flick through some social media posts from professional golfers like Justin Thomas and Annika Sorenstam, who shared their appreciation for those who served their country.
From all of us at Golfweek, thank you very much for your service.

Happy Veterans Day to all who have served this great country. I am honored to be wearing @UnitedRentals military bag @houstonopen.
